When luxury finishes aren’t enough for the buyers of multimillion-dollar condos, a dash of carefully curated art could help turn some heads. Artist Michele Oka Doner showcased 12 of her art pieces and participated in a Q&A with Beth Dunlop, editor of Modern Magazine, at the penthouse sales gallery for Park Grove, the upcoming three-tower condominium project developed by Terra Group and the Related Group.

Almost Sold Out, Two Park Grove Begins Concrete Pour

The foundation pour for Two Park Grove, starchitect Rem Koolhaas/OMA‘s first residential tower in the United States, is set to begin pouring concrete. In total, 2,600 cubic yards of concrete will lay the foundation for an elevated 3-foot deep concrete slab at its core that will support the faceted tower column. This pour requires four pumps and the labor of over 100 people placing up to 400cy/hour.
